Roger Johnson Consulting will conduct inspections to assure quality control and provide an assessment of possible faults and/or damages incurred from a failing or degrading structure.   In all cases we make the conclusions of the inspections understandable to the client and if need be, present a recommendation or solution to any problem our client is concerned about.  We are dedicated to our client regardless of the project size, whether it is a simple spot inspection to inspection of a superstructure such as a bridge. 

SPOT INSPECTIONS

We will be happy to perform one time spot inspections, regardless of the size.  Our specialty is road building, which makes us experts in evaluating asphalt and concrete surfaces.  Parking lots, streets, highways, bridges and all surfaces supporting large intermittent loads of traffic are highly susceptible to structural degradation and as so, require regular inspection and maintenance.  Roger Johnson Consulting will inspect the small jobs such as improper drainage causing excess water pooling, concrete cracking and exfoliation causing exposed reinforcement bar, to pothole and cracking problems our clients may face.

MEDIUM TO LARGE SIZED PROJECTS

We inspect larger projects such as subdivisions and their site services.   Quality assurance is of high importance when installing systems such as water and sewer mains. 
 

STRUCTURAL PROJECTS

Roger Johnson Consulting will inspect those specialized projects on superstructures such as bridges and overpasses.   We carefully inspect the joint and wear surfaces of these large structures and provide recommendations on repair strategies if needed.
